A hunt for prairie dogs in northern Arizona using rifle or pistol. Help ranchers control pests that cause costly damage while sharpening your skills and enjoying great fellowship.
Each adventurer must have a valid Arizona hunting license to participate.
Firearm hunters need a rifle or pistol and appropriate ammunition.
The hunt begins late Friday afternoon, when adventurers leave Phoenix, and ends Sunday evening when they return to Phoenix.
Hunters will travel to and from Phoenix, with carpools available. Adventurers who are unable to carpool will provide their own transportation. One way travel time is around three hours.
Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis, and full payment is required to make a reservation due to the limited space.
Accommodations include local motels.
This adventure is open to a maximum of 10 adventurers.
Prairie Dog hunting is typically open in Arizona mid-June through the end of March.
